They left me stranded for 7 hours. First they said help would be delayed due to lightning. Then they said They couldn't help until after 8am. Then at 8:30am I called them and they had no knowledge of my situation. I will call T-car, ASAP or neals if I ever need help because they actually Will show up.
I slid off the road last week and called Eagles through AAA. The guy who showed up, Andrew, was on the scene quickly. He was very friendly and made me feel safe, which is not always the case. He got me out in no time and even made sure I got back on the road ok since I couldn't see out of my back window as it was covered in snow. This is a great service and I highly recommend Andrew, he's awesome!
This is my second time using this company. The first time was just to tow a truck on a flat bed that I bought for parts. The time today was for locking myself out of my truck. Both times the same person has come. His name is Joe and he is awesome. He is polite, fast and efficient. I highly suggest using this company and asking for Joe.
Have used them a few times over the last few years. Between the rude staff everytime and having stuff stolen from our vehicle while in their care as well and being blamed for it being gone, I will NEVER go back.
